At least a month ago now I opened a new tube of the KVD Trooper (brush tip) liner and what the hell is going on ?! I didn’t change any of my products and tried an older tube with some life just to make sure it’s not my skin. Usually I store it from top to bottom, but this tube I had to store because it is so liquefied that if it is top to bottom the brush soaks and doesn’t pull but looks more like drops. Looks like it’s a lot harder to clean too, because in, it crushes all over the place instead of wiping clean. The texture is definitely different from all of my previous hits, and I’ve been using it for several years. Did I miss a product accident or recall? Have they changed the formula? Also: Does anyone have any recommendations for alternatives at Sephora or at the pharmacy? I am in Canada so Ulta is not an option for me and my pharmacy options may also be different (like no target). I prefer a brush tip and something that stays put! Thank you!!
Recently opened a new one ordered directly from the KVD website and performance is consistent with previous purchases. Perhaps just a bad batch?
The Sephora collection waterproof liquid liner, brush tip is my new fave. It comes in black and brown (brown has been my go-to lately). Before I was using the NYX Liquid Vinyl. I still love this one, but all my nearby stores were sold out so I bought the sephora one, and I think I like it better 🤔 but NYX’s is cheaper.
I use trooper liner all the time with no problem
I have been loving Wet n Wild’s MegaLast Breakup Proof liquid eyeliner. It’s a brush tip, and I’ve had no issues with it! And, it’s hella cheap lol
Maybe there was more product than normal in that tube? I’ve had a liner that I had to use a bit before it stopped having bleeding issues.
