Ugh I know what you mean, I can kinda tell from the picture, I bet itβs *stunning* in person.
If you have an iPhone, take selfieβs with Live Photoβs on whole moving/tilting slightly. Mess around with the images it captured and youβll probably be able to find a photo that captures the shift

yes, try using a light facing you and one behind you. you can also try using a low light flash. if you have clear colored plastic (you can peel these off some cleaning products or even use candy wrappers but they have to be clear plastic), you can place it over your flash to fill the shot with your choice of color.

I think a lot of what we see for shadows like that is edited post pictures. Try lower ambient light with a bright direct light maybe or try a smudged lens? Iβm not positive of either will work but worth fooling around with π

I think if you move a little bit, and go into a darker area and use a flash it helps. I know that works for holographic glitter.
