Surratt has a few gorgeous orange blushes (Cantaloup, Flamme, maybe Angelique) but they have a satin luminosity to them while this one looks pretty matte and a bit more muted. Maybe Mented Peach for the Stars?
L’Oréal Life’s a Peach looks pretty similar to this.
Nars has Taj Mahal
Ben nye has orange zest
Josie Marian used to have a beautiful orange cream blush but it also has been discontinued:/
And a very odd recommendation would be to try a golden rod yellow blush. I know it sounds crazy but it can mix with your natural skin tone so if you are a bit pink it will look more orange. Or you could mix to your liking so any pinky coral can be made more orange. Nyx has one for approximately 7$ so endlessly mixable. Personally I have used it on top of a creamy peach blush and it looked stunning.
