Has anyone used both and can tell me the cons and the pros? How do they do if you apply them over makeup? Did they make you shiny? Did they feel clingy? Moisturizing? Feel? I want to look fresh and will use a cushion foundation, but sometimes I have dry spots that I would like to touch up during the day and not ruin my entire look. Has anyone used both?
