I received an Instagram ad promoting the light / medium outline wand after obsessively checking the replenishment on Charlotte Tilbury’s site for the past few weeks, and just checked to see if it was in stock. I just placed an order – so excited! Having said that, I’m curious to see what others are saying about it and if it lives up to the hype. To those who have / have used it, what is your opinion?
