I wear this kind of lip look often. I use a contour crayon/ browny-taupe lip liner, smudge out the harsh edges. Focusing more on the sides than the centre of my lips, over lining on the top lip.
Then top it off with a nude lipstick or liquid lipstick – she seems to have used a peachy nude.
Then a bit of highlighter across the centre of the bottom lip. Plus some gloss.
Voilà!
