Sorry I wasn’t sure where to put this but I thought this subdirectory was the best place … I wanted to start doing eyeliner and tight liner (I think they are different? ) But I literally don’t know where to start. I also have oily skin and wear contact lenses, if this information changes the answer as to which eyeliner I should go for. I would really appreciate any help you could give me with product recommendations 🙂
So, couple things. Number one, a picture of your eye would be an excellent place to start. That way we could see what eye shape you have to better figure out where to steer you in terms of youtube tutorials or pictorials. Number two, if you’re not comfortable sharing a picture, determining your eye shape and lid (hooded, not hooded) will help determine where to steer you. A quick youtube search could help you with this. Remember that your eyes are sisters and not twins, meaning that your eyes – the more you stare at them – might seem a little different from one another and that’s okay, you’re totally normal. Lastly, you may not be excellent the first time you apply liner and tightline but you will get better. A good tutorial will help, but practice is key in this sort of game. Good luck!
