Hi i am new. I bought a kvd ultra ink liner for eyeliner it sucks. I also use a gel pencil from nyx, not the best either. I am looking for a very pigmented, matte and very black eyeliner. What is a good drugstore brand for gel eyeliner capsule and pencil? I use the drugstore brand to train.

Drugstore wise, Rimmel and NYX gel liners performed the best for me. If you want a dip pot gel liner, I think elf has one as well.
