I was looking for a good pencil or something for my waterline. The closest I have found to stay for a period of time is just a straight eye shadow, but even that doesn’t last too long. Does anyone have a recommendation for something to use in my waterline?
I would like to know this too. Nothing stays in my water line. I have very watery eyes. I do find if I dry my water line the add the liner and hold my water line down for a few seconds to let the liner dry, it stays slightly better. But I don’t like tugging on my eye like that too much.
