You look great!
I would suggest trying Bobbi Brown Corrector. Itās specifically made for under eye, and itās my favorite corrector for this area. Makes a world of difference. Very small amount pressed in ONLY where u are having darkness. I like to use a finger for this because it warms the product and helps it apply more smoothly. Apply concealer afterward to cover and blend into skin tone.
From the photo, I would suggest trying the shades ālight peachā or āpeachā.
On days where you have puffiness, MAC Fast Response Eye Cream can make an impressive difference in a very short time. We always used it when taking appointments and encountered puffiness on a client and needed to make a difference ASAP.
Hi! Iām slightly confident with most of my process but Iām curious if anyone has any tips for my under eye situation? Looks kinda sunken in and puffy at the same time. Does anyone have any suggestions to minimize this? I use shape tape and Laura mercier translucent on days i choose to go through that setting process! Thanks beauties!!
Youāre so beautiful that Iām sure no one but you notices them, but what you notice is really all that matters. My dark circles are absolutely tragic, but LA Girl color corrector and The Ordinary caffeine serum have been massive helps. I also get filler for mine, but thatās a really personal choice. Itās absolutely made the biggest difference in both hiding them and my self esteem, but definitely requires lots of research and certainty as itās a very big decision.
My undereyes look exactly like yours. I recommend buying two shades of concealer. One of them being your regular shade and the other one being like two shades lighter. You wonāt use a lot of the lighter shade. The dark area is just a little sunken in (I have the same problem). Itās essentially the trick of light making them look darker than the other areas. I learned that you can create the illusion of lighter under eyes by using the lighter concealer only on the sunken parts. Itāll make those areas look more lifted if that makes sense compared to the areas that arenāt sunken in like your lower lid area. Make sure to not put it anywhere else thatās not dark otherwise it defeats the purpose. This doesnāt apply to discoloration btw. Color corrector is best for that.
I learned this from a sephora video. Let me see if I can find it.
They are definitely trying to push their products, but just listen to the technique vs what products they are using. The technique is about 5min into the video.
Itās your bone structure. Itās literally hollow under your eyes. I have the same issue. I find bringing brightness and illumination under my eyes instead of lightness really helps. Love Becca.
Thereās lots of great advice in this thread but may I humbly suggest leaving them be or just using something very light? You are absolutely gorgeous and I think the slight darkness under your eyes complements them beautifully, it gives you a mysterious look like an old-school Italian actress.
You are gorgeous, dark circles or no! Iām no help cause I have the same issue so Iām loving these tips too. Do you happen to remember what lip product and lashes you used in the second pic? They look amazing on you
Get a lightweight concealer a shade lighter than your skin tone, apply under your eyes and blend. I’m super fair and have purple skin under my eyes but Maybelline age rewind concealer is my go to.
Did you lose weight recently? I got these when I lost a few pounds. They get worse if Iāve eaten a lot of salt or if I am dehydrated. I think a lot of it has to do with face shape and how your face stores fat and water
You look gorgeous though so I wouldnāt worry too much about them! I wouldnāt have seen them if I hadnāt read the title
Mine are like this too! They also get swollen and puffy sometimes! I love the Tula cooling eye stick (I got it from ulta) itās so soothing and brightening!!
First of all youāre really pretty! Your under eyes are a little sunken in because of your face structure. My eyes are the same way :/ What i do to make it less noticeable is: color correct, add concealer, then add another concealer that is 1 or 2 shades lighter where the shadows are
I would suggest an under eye cream. The Neutrogena skincare products brand has eye creams for this type of issue. Thereās also products for sensitive skin as well.
A yellow-based concealer helps to really cover under-eye colouring.
I used to use MAC concealer (in the pots) because it was easy to dab on with my fingers and I am lazy in the mornings. Now that I’m 30 and my wrinkles are getting started I’ve switched to NARS liquid concealer which is amazing for never getting creased, but you do need to build it on ime.
Question: do you do eyeshadow or foundation/concealer first? Because Iām the second pic, it looks a little bit like the eyeshadow is making your under eyes look darker. But youāre totally beautiful, dark under eyes or not! I honestly wouldnāt have noticed them if you didnāt bring them to my attention.
The glow recipeās under eye retinol sleeping mask has worked absolute wonders for my dark circles! Iāve used heavy colour correctors like Bobbi brown, becca, and pixi underneath my concealer for years and for the first time, I no longer need them!
That being said, you look amazing already! I never used to believe it myself but Iāve been told many times that slight under eye circles actually look nice. I totally see it on you :))
I think this is more of a skincare concern. Highly moisturize your under eyes before bed and when you wake up. There are eye creamsābut really any moisturizer works (especially if water-based
okay so i used to be suuuper self conscious about my under eyes as well until i tried the keihls midnight recovery eye cream. It literally is AMAZING. At one point my boyfriend thought i was wearing makeup and i had no concealer on!! oh also a LOT of water cause sometimes the sinking happens due to dehydration.
Theyāre in now sisš„³, sorry but my dark circles are like that too you canāt cover the outline of it thatās just the way it is unless you get a really pigmented concealer like the ones for older skin
My derm told me that dark circles can look worse if makeup isn’t properly removed and it stains the under eye. I swear bu the MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Self-Setting Concealer for my under eyes. It honestly really brightens and evens out nay discoloration I have.
Dude youāre so pretty, I genuinely feel like dark circles give a sexy grungey look that many ppl are trying to recreate with their makeup anyways, embrace ya look

try caffeine serum by the ordinary. you really donāt need it though youāre beautiful

Sorry to comment something unhelpful, but you are crazy pretty!!! I love the subtle eye and lip combo <3

Is it weird that I kind of like your dark circles?

An eye cream or serum with caffeine in it definitely helps. Iām a big fan of the Inkey List at Sephora and itās only like, ten bucks!

Honestly I think they look good, and so unique. Just lovely!
I use the Becca one for mine though.

Jeffree Star Magic Concealer – itās a miracle product!!
I use NARS eye shadow primer and setting powder š

Super off topic but what lashes are those? They are soooo stunning!!!
You’re so gorgeous. I’m straight but I would leave my man for youšššššā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøš
Great look! I have the same robe
You are absolutely *stunning* like WOW.
