Hey so over the past 2 years I have gained a ton of weight. I’ve lost weight steadily which is great, but I still have a double chin. I wonder if anyone has any tips or suggestions for minimizing the appearance of a double chin? I have tried using bronzer and contour on my double chin, but it doesn’t help minimize the look. Any advice will be welcome!
Maybe this tutorial by Alexandra Anele will help you, I find her videos very useful in general and very well explained đ

Iâm not sure how much makeup can help, but I know that different head positions when youâre taking a picture can!
I know itâs hard to not feel self conscious about a double chin â but literally almost everyone has one! Youâre most critical on yourself, but I promise no one else is. I donât mean to say this in a way to be like âjust stopâ, but I struggled with body dysmorphia for a long time and I know how hard it is to want to appear perfect at all times. Your body is your body, even if itâs in progress! And be nicer to your in progress self, too. It just all takes time, which isnât the answer anyone wants.
I hope this didnât come off as rude, bc I didnât answer your question exactly, but i recognized myself in this post and thatâs just what i was thinking about đ
