I’ve had hooded eyes my whole life, but last year or so I’ve noticed that the skin over my eyelids is falling off more and more and it’s honestly becoming something I hate about the way I look. Any makeup tips / tutorials that will teach me how to work WITH my droopy eyelid?
Smitha Deepak has a bunch of tutorials of how to do beautiful makeup with hooded eyes.
Mine are deeply hooded and her tutorials have helped me a lot. Her latest is even a video about three different types of winged liner you can do for hooded eyes.

Risadoesmakeup and Hotnflashy also have great videos on how to do hooded eye makeup! I found that getting good rest, sleeping on my back, using a silk pillowcase, and cold eye compresses to reduce puffiness also help. Too much screen & couch time really drag my face down.
My mom has droopy hooded eyes. It help NOT to line your water line and only do too liner. She highlights her inter corner and below the brows to create separation and she always makes sure to curl the lashes
