I put down my broken milani blush last night and now it has an extremely hard pan. Is this normally what happens (how can I use it) or should I just get a new one?

Did you make sure to press all the moisture out with a clean paper towel?
Did you leave the compact open overnight? I always leave things open at least 24 hours if I have to repress them.
Is this a matte blush? Some matte formulas do not do well after being repressed.
Also, you can try taking a piece of packing tape over the top, press lightly, and pull up.
