It looks like a fool for the Milk Makeup primer. Same color and striking effect. Has someone already tried?
The videos I watched vloggers said it was a direct dupe. And it doesn’t ball up on the skin like the Milk.
I want to pick it up soon and try it out
I use the Milk Hydro Grip primer, and I tried the Hard Candy one about two months ago. It was pretty meh tbh. It didn’t have the same amount of tackiness the Milk version does (which helps makeup adhere seamlessly) and did not prolong my makeup as well the Hydro Grip primer. I have combination/oily skin and the Milk primer is one of my favorites. However, the ELF Jelly Pop Dew Primer is definitely a dupe and it actually outperformed the Milk version. I actually purchased several backups because I’m uncertain if it will be a permanent fixture in ELF’s product lineup.
