** NO FILTERS – JUST ME. ** I woke up this morning with a longer to-do list than I expected. Before I started with what others need from me, I started by filling my own cup. What do I need for myself? Yes, it is a conscious makeup routine. “ALL of this makeup” is my beauty ritual because it gives ME to define my intention for the day. Take this morning as an example, I felt less than “refreshed or recharged”. Instead of wishing I got 5 extra hours of sleep or even feeling sorry for myself … I started my makeup routine with my anchor. I want to feel lit from within as if I had returned from my dream vacation.
