So I have combination, oily and dry skin. I have oily eyelids, nose and forehead. The dry parts are very dry and these are the crease of my nose and the crease of my chin. I couldn’t find a good primer or foundation. I really need help. The skin products I use are drugstore brands, but I would be willing to buy something that will last all day and not make me look crisp. TIA!

A drugstore foundation that I really like is maybelline superstay and it does well with a very hydrating primer like milk makeup hydro grip primer
Try cleaning your face with a noxzema pad first my skin gets oily on the forehead and dry on the nose and between my brows
Hydrate with an essence/toner before moisturizer. I have the same skin type and I try to moisturize as much as possible to avoid creases and flakes- using a hydrating foundation like the Kosas tinted face oil or the Mac face&body- and then just powdering the oily areas.
So I have very similar skin and I use multiple primers, but on different parts of my face. I’ll use a super hydrating or silky primer on my dry points (like nyx marshmallow or milani glow) and then a grippy or mattifying primer on my oily spots (like milk hydro grip, elf matte poreless). It’s a couple extra steps and it’s not foolproof but it’s what I’ve found so far! For foundation I’m a really big fan of the Pur 4-in-1 love your selfie foundation it’s great coverage without being clingy or sliding off my oily spots !
