Tinted moisturizer or sunscreen for oily skin? Hello everyone! Hope to find some great product recommendations! I’m one of those people who absolutely hates foundations and the feeling of them. I have oily skin and fair skin and am really looking for something that feels light and has just enough coverage to even out my skin tone with a matte finish because at the end of the day it will have to. again looks “rosy” 🤣 if you know what I mean. But yeah, I would love to find something that I could wear over sunscreen or even tinted sunscreen. A lot of the ones I tried (including the posay rock) were a bit too dark on the skin and still a bit shiny. I hope to find something that is at least a little good for the skin! Thank you in advance! Hope this is not against the rules, I am desperate.
The new fenty eaze drops? They’re mattifying and just a sheer tint. Like a tinted moisturiser just not shiny. The reviews look promising!
I use the la roche posay double repair face moisturizer. It is also oil free and it is awesome for my oily skin. For tinted I sometimes add some maybelline fit me foundation.
If you’re looking for an actual tinted moisturizer, I also like the Laura Mercier with SPF oil free (it’s expensive so that’s why I usually go for just using my moisturizer mixed with a bit of foundation)
I swear to you the BB cream from cover girl for oily skin is amazing and try it out.
Tarte Cosmetics has a wonderful tinted moisturizer for oily skin.
I like cushion foundation for this my favorite so far is the em cosmetics daydream cushion. Feels like skin to me doesn’t dry my dry spots or oil my oil spots.
I’m combo/ oily — stay away from FAB’s tinted moisturizer, its greasy and heavy (unfortunately). If you’re open to BB/CC creams, I really like Purlisse’s classic BB and their vitamin C CC cream. The CC cream is fuller coverage and gives a natural matte finish while being super lightweight. There is a limited color selection though.
I also have oily skin & these are the ones who have worked best for me
Colourpop Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Acid Tinted Moisturizer (it’s oil free, light weight & looks very natural)
Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream (this one is overall perfect honestly & has decent coverage for a BB cream & still extremely lightweight)
Have you tried mixing the sunscreen with your foundation?
I like the neutrogena dry touch sunscreen mixed with mine.
