Recently my hair has been heavily highlighted. I would like to switch from my current ABH products which are now too dark to something taupe. MAC Lingering eyebrow pencil (soft taupe brown) was once my choice, but it was expensive for so little product. What’s your favorite taupe-tan eyebrow pencil under $ 10?
