I am a newbie to makeup, but would love to learn how to add eyeliner, shadows, or maybe a little color. I am told that my eyes sometimes seem hooded and droopy, but even while watching videos I am lost. Can anyone share any opinions on my eye shape or tips for playing with them?

I’m not a pro or anything, but it looks like you have downturned hooded eyes. I think youtubers like Dominique Sachse, Nikki Joy, Alissa Ashley, and many others have hooded eye and they have helpful videos on hooded eyes makeup.
