I’ve been in makeup for a long time but never really buy a lip liner. The only ones I own, I have them in a Boxycharm box. I don’t know where to start now. The high end looks expensive for what it is, but is it worth it? Which lip pencils do you guys swear by? Wood or plastic? What am I looking for?
I looovvveeee the NYX ones…and they’re only $4! I’ve been reaching for them over my MAC ones lately.
My favorites are regular old pencil liners by NYX and Sephora Collection. Clinique Quickliner Intense lays down a solid, gorgeous line, and it’s a twist-up.
Bonus tip: look for a transparent lip liner to keep your lip color from bleeding without having to worry about color matching.
