Okay, I have oily skin, and I hydrate and enjoy before putting on my foundation. But even with all of that, every time I put on foundation it brings out the dead skin that is flaking off all over my face. I don’t know what to do to fix this problem. This happens with several different foundations.
Not a pro, but exfoliating with something gentle might make a huge difference. Had the same issue until I discovered chemical exfoliating

Have you tried using a chemical exfoliatant? Something like the Pixi Toner or the Ordinary BHA AHA mask. It might help loosen up those dead skin patches and help your face have less texture.
