I have been doing makeup for years and this is the first time I have this problem and I need some advice. My foundation won’t stay on my face! It’s the worst around my nose / cheeks, between my eyebrows and chin. I’ve tried different primers, from Nars foundations, to the pharmacy, even the new KVD foundation. I have tried moisturizing primers, pul control primers, putty primers, and the one I’m currently trying is MILK Hydrogrip. I have had this problem for a few months now and I really have no idea what is going on. I’m big on my skin care and started a new medicated topical a month ago but had this problem before I even started. I religiously use SPF and moisturizer, talked to my dermis and she said besides hormonal acne I don’t have any other issues. It just dries up and starts to come apart and looks horrible with an hour or two of me wearing it and I have been patient trying new things and seeing it work and honestly not sure what to do
I recommend waiting at least 20 min after putting moisturizer/primer bf putting foundation on over it. If I wear moisturizer under foundation my makeup runs. You could also layer. Use liquid foundation then mineral foundation, translucent powder and finishing spray. If your foundation has spf I may not add extra layers under foundation. I constantly feel like make up wears off and quality and layering are key. I learned this after I started selling Mary Kay from my director
I was going to say a Combination of milk hydro grip and the elf pore less primer might work

You could try spraying your face before and after foundation to help things stick better. Make sure you set everything with powder and spraying then as well. I have the same issue too!
