Gave myself my third quarantine haircut after 7 months of growing out a mohawk (one small blessing of no one seeing me in person!) A successful pixie cut to help show off the new makeup I am trying. [Front on view of my face](https://imgur.com/hnzq0m6)
First, a foundation! I haven’t owned one all of 2020, I picked up two from The Ordinary on sale to try. This is the Serum one (lightweight) in 1.2N. It is a little yellow for a neutral when it comes out of the bottle, but it looks ok in indoor lighting and with my new Hourglass Ethereal Light powder (cool toned) powder over top. First finishing powder! Not sure how much to use?
Used the Becca undereye color corrector in Light/Medium, and this stuff is DEWEY! I am a very natural matte sort of person, so that was quite the shock, I could not figure out if I liked the coverage/correction because I was distracted by the light reflection and shine. Haha. Covered with Juvia’s I Am Magic concealer in J23.
Brows are ABH dipbrow in Auburn. Shadow is one of my first “focus quads” from my depotted ABH palettes, shades Fudge, Rowdy, Sultry, and Eternal. UD primer potion and NYX glitter primer. Milk Kush lash primer and Kush mascara both, amazing combo together! First time getting to use both together (fresh mascara tube) and it is so fluffy. Ofra black pencil to tightline.
Blush is new, Nabla Skinglazing in Adults Only. LOVE THIS! So happy with the shade, the build up, and the shimmer. I am new to shimmer blush, and it is so approachable in all ways. Paired with Milk&Honey highlighter from Beauty Bakerie.
Lips are Ofra Verona and Dose of Colors Cork, these are basically the same colors, so apparently I can’t mix them to have one be lighter.. But hey, mixing most liquid lipsticks with the Ofra makes them a more creamy finish and less dry, which is neat.
Very elegant, but also edgy. I love it!
