So I have some thoughts on this one ….. This is a great eyeliner for someone who plays, an MUA etc. because this shit does NOT SMUGE. It doesn’t come off when you sweat / swim etc … You get my point. However, I wouldn’t be wearing this eyeliner again and I’m still a little disappointed that I got this one because the makeup remover oil just wouldn’t do. It would take so long to remove this eyeliner and for me that’s not a problem. I also irritated my skin a bit.
Have you tried soaking in micellar water instead?
