One of my first times to go without foundation. Looking for CC or ways to make that look more feminine without foundation, just wearing eyeliner, mascara and brow gel

Tinted lip balm for lips and cheeks!
I think just a pop of color on your cheeks would round this look out but it is very pretty as is.
Eyeliner: loreal Paris cat eye felt tip eyeliner
Mascara: makeup milk mascara black
Eyebrow gel: makeup milk eyebrow gel hazel
Shaping your eyebrows to present more of an arch compatible with your face shape would help. If you like them as-is, then keep them. They look nice, I personally associate more of an arched brow to be feminine-presenting.
If you’d like to add to your eyes – a nude or cream colored pencil on your water line will make your eyes look bright and pop the lower lashes.
Your wings are so even, lovely!
A tinted moisturizer may be the way to go! I’ve been working with this Laura Gellar quench and tint (I’m pale as hell, so I’m using it in light) and it definitely does provide that even skin tone but feels much lighter than a foundation.
Curling my lashes and using a formula that helps my lashes stand up and keep the curl always helps me feel and look more feminine. If you have short and straight lashes like me, skipping eyeliner or using a thinner line helps your lashes stand out more.
You can also use a bit of tinted lip balm to give your lips some color if you want. You can use any lip product for this. Just dab and blend it with your finger or a brush and apply some lip balm on top.
I’ve found just a bit of powdered bronzer or contour around the jaw and cheeks can really help with more femme looks. Especially the jaw.
I’m not sure of your gender identity. (Since you said a more femme looks I hope it’s ok to share my experience helping my mtf friend with her make up.)
But one of the fist times she went out with make up on I helped her with it. Just softening her jawline helped quite a bit. She does have a very strong jaw though.
