I have long lashes, but they * absolutely won’t * hold a curl. They grow too, and I’ve tried just about everything I could at home other than the latest lift kits (eyes are sensitive to glues and the harsh chemicals in the kits scared me). Does anyone know of a mascara that doesn’t move when holding a curl? I don’t care how hard it is to remove, but I just want a curl because I can’t use lmao false eyelashes
The one I use is the Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara. Itās Japanese, super waterproof and it will hold a curl until you remove it (with cleansing oil, cleansing balm or the dedicated remover from the same brand). Make sure you get the ālong & curlā and not the āvolume and curlā version. You might also want to upgrade to an eyelash curler that fits your eye shape. I use shiseido because it fits my flatter eye shape, but if you have a rounder eye shape, the shu uemura one is good.
My favorite mascara that I have found (trust me I have tried A LOT) is monsieur big by Lancome. Hands down the best volume and length

Omg I have the same problem! Super long lashes that wonāt stay curled! But I still put falsies on some days lol
I use ABH Lash Brag Volumizing Mascara and MILK’s kush mascara and they are GAME CHANGERS. My lashes are really stubborn so if i change up my mascara i regret it later looking in the mirror. Both are amazing, I meant to suggest them separately not used at the same time unless you want to. But they’re literally the best ones I’ve used thus far!
100% agree with the Heroine Make Long and curl recommendation along with Wunder2 Lash Extension Stain Mascara. (Itās for natural lashes, not extensions.) Its claim to fame is its ability to last 3 days. Very difficult to remove even compared to Heroine Make. Does not budge or smudge AT ALL! You will definitely need an oil based cleanser to get it off!
I have stick straight lashes and I love LāOreal voluminous million lashes – waterproof holds the curl better than their regular, but I love them both. Always have these two on hand.
I used to use Diorshow as well but havenāt in awhile. It was great too!
Benefitās Roller Lash always treated my straight lashes right!
I love the milk mascaras any of them help my lashes stay up and I have tried many others but that one is the only one that works for my eyes
I used to love Maybalines collasal spider effect mascara but I can find it anywhere in stores. Looks like they people sell it on Ebay though. I also use a lash curler. My lashes are also pretty long and hard to stand on their own. Before I put any mascara on I hold the curler on each side for 10 sec. Then I apply like 2 coats of mascara on each side. After it dries for like a min or two I use the curler again and try to really grab from the base but not the skin. Last, I apply another coat of mascara.
My eyelashes are the same. Not a mascara but I use the shisiedo eyelash curler- it was pricey but thereās been a noticeable difference since Iāve used it. My friends have borrowed it and all like it too.
Iāve found most waterproof mascaras do well for me, my current favorites are maybelline rocket and LāOrĆ©al lash paradise.
