Title. I cannot understand and it is extremely frustrating. I try to put on eye drops before I start and currently use a tart concealer which is SUPPORTED to be hypoallergenic but still … watery eyes that wipe off makeup. I can’t find a solid answer or solution that helps. Which give? Thank you!!
My eyes are like that with eyeliner. I have yet to find an eyeliner that will stay on my waterline, because as soon as I put any eyeliner on, the watery eyes start going. The only thing that seems to hold up on my waterline is the black liquid lipstick from Jeffrey Star.
I have this same issue. I noticed Flonase helps a lot. Also avoid the water line, and use waterproof mascara (that may be obvious but this is just what has worked for me)
Probably because you’re putting chemicals near your eyeballs

I would suggest trying to not take your concealer too high up so maybe applying it with a brush so you can be precise. I found that by doing this I can avoid the lines immediately under my eyes so my make up looks better as it doesn’t settle in the lines. I have very watery eyes too but get on well with No7 Stay Perfect mascara. I don’t know if it’s because it is a tubing mascara or their formula is sensitive but it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all.
You are allergic to something. Try your routine without each item (one day without concealer, one day without eyeliner, etc.) to find the culprit. Using a product that you are allergic to can cause severe reactions after a long time of having just mild reactions. Be very careful.
