This is only going to be halfway helpful, but Rimmel makes a shade really close to this, that I used to own! It’s one of their numbered shades, so no shade name, but it may have been shade 1?
That looks like a bright, blue-based red to me (correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t see undertones well lol).
I don’t wear red lipstick, but I did find some inexpensive ones online that might match.

[Wet n’ Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick in “Spotlight Red”](https://www.ulta.com/megalast-catsuit-matte-lipstick?productId=pimprod2016381) I have this in a nude shade, and I rate the formula 5 stars, but the packaging kinda sucks. The lipstick doesn’t twist all the way down, so as you need to cap it carefully or you might accidently shave part of the lipstick off!
[Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick](https://www.ulta.com/super-lustrous-lipstick?productId=xlsImpprod2940211) “Fire & Ice” is a classic shade that’s been around since the 1950’s. There are other red shades in this line as well.
