Hi guys – full face makeup newbie here – My boy bought me a lot of MAC makeup over Christmas time and I really like some of the lippy collection – but my problem is keeping it! I use the MAC prep and the prime stick on my lips before the hand, but after about half an hour the color fades to the inside of my lips – giving the impression of having weird outlines In progress! Any help or advice would be appreciated – and a Happy New Year everyone! š

I usually will have my primer (but use a light hand), line my lips and also fill in the lip with the liner, blot, apply lipstick, blot, lightly (very lightly!) dust a little setting powder over this, apply a second layer of lipstick and blot lightly again. I also make sure to exfoliate my lips a few times a week too, Iām a chronic lip chewer/biter so I have to keep an eye on the texture of my lips or I get a similar fade in the middle of my lips too.
