I ordered their new zit patches and they are shipping to Chicago right now, I live in California !! Tried to get my hands on their customer service a few days ago, hope to get a response today. Tell me why this isn’t the first time I’ve tried ordering zit patches from a non-major retailer and my order has gone wrong 😭😭 God wants me to stay looking like pepperoni pizza In meanwhile, does anyone else have any suggestions for a good pigmented highlights palette before hiring me? Are they good toppers? I have a lot of time before buying because I won’t give them my money again until they fix the problem 😅

Who are they shipping with? Do you have tracking? If you know who is shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS) you may be able to change the delivery address through them directly.
Check your local TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. I found the exact palette at one of those stores.
