I’m so confused, I found a few listings online but they keep contradicting each other (one source says foundation X is silicone based, another says it is water based). I don’t know what is true anymore, so I ask here. I live in Switzerland and it would be really nice if the foundation costs less than $ 50. Thank you in advance.
