So I had a stye, I didn’t know it was contagious or whatever, and I kept using all of my makeup. The stye then got worse, popped up in my eye, and spilled two styes into the other eye. I stopped wearing makeup and it’s been about a week and I think they’re gone. I soaked my brushes in 70% isopropyl alcohol then let them air dry then sprayed all of my eyeshadows, highlighters, blush and contour. I threw in mascara, eyeliner, my concealer because the tip would touch my eye area. I bought a new beauty blender, but here is the question. do I throw away my super expensive moisturizer? as I would pick it up with my fingers then rub it on my face and repeat? and I would pump the foundation straight onto my fingers that are touching my eyes .. do I throw it out too?

If the foundation is a pump it should really not be a problem! I think you are fine to keep the cream as well. The most important part was to sanitize the brushes and to throw the mascara out, but you have already done that. Hope that helps
If you used your fingers directly in the cream pot you would be better off throwing it out. For the pump, give it a good soak in alcohol. And tip for the future, I use à tea spoon to pick up any cream product from a jar so my fingers never go into contact. It just takes a couple of tries to get the right amount in one scoop but not much.
