I truly love the Essence fine line eye pen!
Drug store recs: Wet N wild breakup proof and any liquid felt tip liner from NYX is good but I find they dry out a little fast.
$$$ recs: Lancome felt tip liners will make you want to spend $30 on a liquid liner everytime.
